I Have Stage 4 Prostate Cancer.. Had It Out And

I have stage 4 prostate cancer.. Had it out and 7 weeks of radiation... About 5 months later PSA started to rise again.. Had and Cat and Bone Scan .. the cancer is now in two Lymph Nodes Pelvic area.. Been on Lupron 18 months now.. have all the side effects and getting worse PSA is still non-detectable ..Is the side effect going to get worse? Or should I consider Orchetemy ? James W. Ballard age 72
