I Have Stage Two Cancer Of The Liver,no Insurance,,pain Is

I have stage two cancer of the liver,no insurance,,pain is starting to be an issue,telling family is out of question,don't wanna go on the street for I've never been in trouble or even drank a beer,,,need advise,,forums here say you can't order pain online..im really stuck between a rock an hard stone.this wud hurt my wife..we are still in love after 16yrs.tony in VA
