I Have Started Having Pain In My Right Lower And

I have started having pain in my right lower and upper stomach that sometimes goes straight through to my back and also down into my groin area. I have not been able to eat for a couple of days because I have no appetite and if I try to eat it just makes me nauseated and the pain worse. My bowel movements cause pain as well even though they seem to be softer than usual. I do have some red blood in my stools though I have a long history of hemmroids. I am trying to get in to see my doctor but they are extremely busy this week.
Any sugestions? Thank you.
