I Have Started Noticing That Sometime When I Am Speaking

I have started noticing that sometime when i am speaking i run out of air and can't finish my sentence. I have really bad allergies that sometimes cause asthma attacks, but haven't had any real problems with those lately.

I have been experiencing an ongoing infection that seems to be localized in my rt armpit and has radiated to my rt breast. I had a dx mamo and us that came back clear except for a small area of calcification that they want to recheck in 6 months. I have been having the same infection come back since last october every couple of months and so far all they do is give me a round of Bactrim and another as a cocktail. It will clear up for a few weeks and then comes back. I have noticed that this summer when I sweat it sometimes almost hurts under my arm if I am sweating really bad.
