I Have Started Peeing A Lot More Than I Usually

I have started peeing a lot more than I usually have. I really haven't had a period either this month. What could make me go to the bathroom every hour? Could I be pregnant. My period last a week and it only lasted two days with hardly any blood. I took a pregnancy test the other day. Could it still be to early to detect it?
