I Have Started To Experience In The Last Couple Of

I have started to experience in the last couple of days, numbness (like novecaine) in lips and upper teeth right side. Right Hand tingling and lightheadedness.

I have a pacemaker/defibulator...
I have had an oblition and 5 stints (2 heart attacks) high blood pressure.
I am 55 white male 5'9 170lbs. Retired Police Officer with degenerative disc (7).
I am traveling (currently in California and my cardiologist and family doctors are in Ohio)
