I Have Started Using An Acupressure Mat. My Heart Rate
I have started using an acupressure mat. My heart rate drops below 60 (to 50 once). I am 79, had a heart attack a year ago (2 stents).
I have very severe scoliosis and sciatica pain. I refuse to take drugs. I was hoping the "mat" would heal the pain and stop my insomnia. I wake up after 2 hours and can't go back to sleep. Sometimes, I may get another 2 hours but it leaves me pretty much useless during as it adds to the pain.
I was using the mat for the 3rd morning when my heart rate dropped to 50. BP is ok with the mat.
