I Have Sticky Skin And Tacky Hair After Taking A

I have sticky skin and tacky hair after taking a shower. And my hair is thinning and I fill like I have a film all over my body. When it rains. My hands get sticky. I have been on topamax since January. Used bug spray on my house the early part of june . but these symptoms didn't appear til later in July or August.
