I Have Stomach Pains And Gas After Taking Alka Seltzer

I have stomach pains and gas after taking alka seltzer plus cold with 325mg of aspirin in it for a cold, dr says Prilosec 20mg 2x a day for 3 days this is day 3 a little better but not great, how long to get healed? I take tramadol 200mg er is that contributing to problem? any thing else to help symptoms
