I Have Stop Using The Depo Perva For About 3

I have stop using the depo perva for about 3 months now. I got some antibiotics about a weeks worth to clear up an infection I got from taking it , but now the infection seems to be still the what should I do?
I get swollen after sex, my partner is bruised, I have creamy discharge but sometimes my discharge comes out lympy
