I Have Stopped My Cerazette Pill Almost 2 Months Ago.

I have stopped my cerazette pill almost 2 months ago. I didn't have a period on it and I didn't have any withdrawal bleed when I stopped it. I've still not had any periods but having some pregnancy symptoms ie sore breasts, nausea, slight weight gain but my tests are coming back negative.
