I Have Stopped The Steroid Cream That I Have Been

I have stopped the steroid cream that I have been applying for peri oral dermatitis. I did not realize the steroid just masked my symptoms, this has been a full year of shear madness. I am at this moment in full bloom of this condition. I am on my 5 the day of doxycycline 100 mg bid with slight improvement. I am in total discomfort of burning,red angry bumps with itching pain. What can I do for the relief?
