I Have Strep Throat And A Cold Running Nose Fever

I have strep throat and a cold running nose fever coughing alot as well..i was prescribed ibuprofen 600 and apo-pen k tid uf f 7 days ....but right now about 2 hours ago my left ear is being hurting a lot a constant and sharp pain..what could it be. I hear a windy sound along with the pain
