I Have Stretch Marks On My, Well Everywhere. I Have

I have stretch marks on my, well everywhere. I have them on my buttocks and I have a huge boil or something in a stretch mark on the inner 'cheek'. It won't pop or go away. And I honestly have stuck it with a clean needle because there was so much pressure and liquid/blood will come out but it doesn't go down or away, of anything it keeps getting worse...what do I do??
