I Have Subtle Lower Right Abdominal Pain. It Is Infrequent.

I have subtle lower right abdominal pain. It is infrequent. Very dull, maybe a 2 on pain scale. Can go all day with nothing and then it begins. No pattern in night or day, although seem to notice more toward end of day. No fever, no diarrhea, no cramping. But has been happening for weeks.
