I Have Sudden Discomfort In Both My Arms, From The

I have sudden discomfort in both my arms, from the shoulder downward. Biceps, triceps, elbow area but not bone related discomfort. It's like the muscle parts are affected and gave in that gave an effect of burning sensation and sore like feeling. I do have a cold, don't know if that could be a relation. What do you think could be a culprit(s)?
