I Have Suffered From Anxiety For Many Years I Also

I have suffered from anxiety for many years I also have panic attacks I take 6mig of xanax a day as I wake up through the night but can sleep through the day.I'm also on exhezor for depression but am really down.I don't leave the house & when I do it takes me ages & have to take a xanax.I see my doctor tomorrow but have told him before but once I get to see him I feel alright.Please help
