I Have Suffered From Depression And Anxiety, I Dnt Knw

I have suffered from depression and anxiety, i dnt knw what to do,all my friends and family members are ingnore me, my life is really wasteful ,i dnt knw what is the real cause of ma depression, i tried to recover all these but i can do anything i really dnt knw what to do really,please help me
