I Have Suffered From First Hyperthyroid And Now Hypothyroid And

I have suffered from first hyperthyroid and now hypothyroid and have gained a lot of weight i am taking 125 Synthroid at present previously 175 need to lose weight need help now.. Extremely fed up with weight gain.?
I am 57 years old and tis has been going on over 28years??
