I Have Suffered From Malaria And Typhoid Symptoms For 10

I have suffered from malaria and typhoid symptoms for 10 days. I've used artemether 80 mg + lumefantrine 480mg and ciprofloxacin 500 mg & tinidazole 600 mg tablets . the fever , body pain and headache have subsided but I'm feeling slight cold and weakness. What advice can I get please.
