I have suffered from panic attacks for years.nausea the cold sweats til I puke.heartbeat fast and blurred almost blinded vision. Now I'm really happy one day and couple days go by I'm so sad and angry that I'm not gonna have any friends left what's wrong and what medication can I take to even out and feel better
