I Have Suffered In Pneumonia. After Pneumonia Chest X-ray Clear.

I have suffered in pneumonia. After pneumonia chest x-ray clear. After one month my blood sample typhoid is still +ve. Still I have 99.5 degree body temperature & dry coghing regularly at night for 2-3 hours continuously. What should I do ?My age 24 yrs female recently married since 8 months .our local area temperature 8-27 degree. Place keonjhar, odisha, india. I am waiting for your answer.
