I Have Suffered With Herniated Discs In My L5/s1 And

I have suffered with herniated discs in my l5/s1 and l4/l5 for years, I have had physiotherapy which has been great and generally just use pain relief when required as I live quite a healthy active lifestyle. It wasn't until stopping my cerazette birth control and TTC that I am noticing these unbearable lower backache in my late luteal phase of my cycles, generally two-three days before menstruation and it last for a few days, the site of the pain is my l5/s1 and is debilitating, could it be linked? Something happening in my body each month thatv irritates this condition? Also I is there anything I can do to ease it as medication barely touches the sides on these flare ups.
