I Have Super Itchy Red Bumps That Started On My

I have super itchy red bumps that started on my ankles. They have spread all the way up to my butt within the last 2 weeks. Now some spots are looking like ring worm. Any idea what I can do at home to slow this spread down? I made an appointment but soonest I can get in to anywhere is 2 weeks away.
