I Have Suspected BIA/ALCL And Will Be Having My Implants

I have suspected BIA/ALCL and will be having my implants out after 15 years. In the last few days my throat is sore just under my chin into neck and there is swelling\fluid there about the size of an egg cup. Is there a relation between alc l and this swelling? Thank you.
