I Have Swelling In The Right Side Of My Groin/inside

I have swelling in the right side of my groin/inside upper thigh which is tender to touch. I also have 2 small cuts on my right foot which have gotten infected so I suspect the swelling is in a lymph gland or node caused by the infection. I am on a scuba diving trip and would like to dive for two more days but I am concerned about the effects this could have. I feel physically capable of diving but I don't want to mess with this if I shouldn't. The cuts on my foot are improving with treatment so I would like to avoid antibiotics if I can as this would definitely stop me diving.
