I Have Swelling Inside My Left Elbow. My Inner Elbow

I have swelling inside my left elbow. My inner elbow has been itchy and had a rash off and on for some time. There is also a round shiny, itchy spot just above my elbow which I believe to be indicative of a systemic fungal infection. What do you think this could be? I am a 63 yo wf weight 235.
