I Have Swelling My Left Leg, Shortness Breath Special When

I have swelling my left leg, shortness breath special when I walk even little distance or when I sleep I woke up with shortness breath. I am not overweight, I have diabetes type 2 in good control and I eat very healthy. I am wonder why I have my left leg so swelling and also I notice my stomach is sweeling as well
