I Have Swelling Next To My Left Ear. It Feels

I have swelling next to my left ear. It feels warm to the touch and I'm mildly feverish. I don't think it's a tooth abscess or a sinus issue. It feels more like a blocked Eustachian tube issue, although I'm not dizzy. Is there an over the counter decongestant I can/should try as a first response?
