I Have Swelling That Is Firm Not Movable And Warm

I have swelling that is firm not movable and warm from the middle of my breast over my collar bone into my shoulder and back..it is painful and feels tight..have had discolored cloudy with a tinge of brown mucus dripping down my throat for the past 3 months. Have been on several strong antibiotics including 3 doses of iv rosefin ..fever, weight loss, loss of appetite, night sweats, shortness of breath cough, wheezing, hoarseness, swelling in cheek and back ..
