I Have Swollen And Bruised Knuckles & Joints On My

I have swollen and bruised knuckles & joints on my hands. The joints at the tip of my fingers, middle of my fingers and my knuckles are bruised & swelling. My hands are becoming swollen & I have not done anything differently than what I usually so. The hurt when I close my hand. What is it?
