I Have Swollen Ankles Especially If I Am On My

I have swollen ankles especially if I am on my feet too long . . . recent air travel I wore support hose and swelling was down . . . bruise very easily on my arms and legs with the slightest bump . . . recently I was playing tennis (haven't played for a while because of open heart surgery for an ascending thoracic aneurysm in 2014 and hip replacement in 2015) my shoulder was painful after serving . . the next day I had bruising under my arm from upper arm to armpit and down below about 8 inches long . . . I had no contact to cause this bruising . . . should I be concerned enough to see a DR here in FL where we are for next 6weeks??
