I Have Swollen Glands And It's Going Into My Ears,

I have swollen glands and it's going into my ears, where they feel hollow. Have a hard time swallowing my food. Feels like I'm going to choke at times. I have been on a Zpac. Today is my last day but still have these symptoms and wondered if it could be a thyroid problem???? What do you think.
