I Have Swollen Lips Both Top And Bottom. First Happened

I have swollen lips both top and bottom. First happened 2 years ago then had a espisode in May then July and now in September. Most last a month. Starts with lips tingling then when wake up they are swollen. Seem to go down some during the day. This time it happened during the day. Can't seem to find any common thread except stress????
