I Have Swollen Lymph Nodes In My Right Upper Thigh.

I have swollen lymph nodes in my right upper thigh. Had CT 3 months ago and they put me on antibiotics and then had another CT last Friday and they are still swollen, going in for consutation and maybe biopsi. Have some pain but very minor when I apply pressure, can you tell me what might cause this?
