I Have Swollen Lymph Nodes In My Upper Right Leg.

I have swollen lymph nodes in my upper right leg. Not my groin area nor my pelvis area.. I became area of it because it was itchy.. Than it was swollen and painful. My Dr put me on antibiotics that I have taken for over a week and it had became more swollen and painful. It feels like it is spreading. Should I be concerned?
