I Have Swollen Lymph Nodes On My Neck Below My

I have swollen lymph nodes on my neck below my chin for the last 3 days. Sometimes they are very large. My throat hurt sonewhat, mostly when eating. I did drink a lot on the day before this began. I have drank a lot for years. I was wondering if this could be a withdrawal symptoms. I am tempted to have a couple of beers & see if this issue goes away. I done seem to have any other systems except maybe fatigue. I'm female & 53 yrs. Old
