I Have Swollen Wrists On The Outside Of The Wrists..

I have swollen wrists on the outside of the wrists.. and excruciating pain.. I also have scoliosis of the back and neck so I walk with a cane. it's so painful tho to put stress on the wrists using my cane. What causes this? Arthiritis? Tendon problems? Carpel Tunnel?
