I Have Symptoms Coming From My Genital Area. I Have

I have symptoms coming from my genital area. I have had it for a few months but has not progressed much. I have like 6 small skin bumps that are located on the left side of my scrotum and there is a rash that seems to be a bit brown in my groing and is itchy and flacky its kinda like a combonation of jock itch and Molluscum Contagiosum.
