I Have Symptoms Of Ms But The Spine/brain Mri Shows

I have symptoms of ms but the spine/brain mri shows nothing that I have been told and the emg's that I have had are ok eyes hurt,memory,right side tired and quits,feel like I'm being crushed with pressure between the shoulderblades and pain goes up the neck. soo tired even after I get up what else if not ms
