I Have Symptoms Of Phlegm And Lumps Of Catarrh In

I have symptoms of phlegm and lumps of catarrh in my throat! I was told I had nasal drip from sinus... Been on Antibiotics as felt unwell! feel dizzy at times and feel panicky when I find it hard to swallow!
It's all stuck in my throat.... Feel anxious about it! What can I do to move it please!
