I Have Symptoms Of The Flu But No Fever: Nasal

I have symptoms of the flu but no fever: nasal congestion, cough, body aches and chills and fatigue. I've had these symptoms for 4-5 days. My doctor prescribed Tamiflu for me on Friday without seeing me. I was already on zithromycin for being diagnosed with bronchitis at an urgent care clinic 2 days prior to that. I didn't take the tamiflu. I'm not convinced I have the flu. What do you think?
