I Have Symtoms For Several Days Now....belching Gas Indigestion ...feeling

I have symtoms for several days now....belching gas indigestion ...feeling like something is swollen on my right side this morning I had severe stomach pains which resulted in diarrhea and some nausea and as ml amt of vomiting. That lasted about a hour but I still have a feeling of something is swollen on my right side
