I have systemic mastocytosis. I have a tattoo that I want removed. The tattoo is in the area where I usually have a histamine breakout and the uticaria pigmentosa. I am trying to find out if having the tattoo removed would be medically necessary with my condition so that my Health Savings Account will pay for removal.
