I Have Sytems Of A Severe Cold, Sneezing, Deep, Burning

I have sytems of a severe cold, sneezing, deep, burning coughing, runny nose, headache and congestion in my sinuses. I have a prescription that my dr. gave me for allergies and
was wondering if I should use two puffs in each nostril. The prescription is for Fluticasone Propionate 50 mcg per spray.
