I Have Taken 4 Pregnancy Tests So Far. 2 Show

I have taken 4 pregnancy tests so far. 2 show a VERY faint line hardly visable the 3rd showed an obvious positive line but disappeared after about 5 mins and the 4th was negative. I'm on nexplanon. Could I be pregnant or is there another reason for all of this
