I Have Taken Acefex Intermitently Over The Past 3 Years

I have taken Acefex intermitently over the past 3 years for about 8 week at a time for Reflux, I recently renewed the generic form an notice side effects include Lupus, I have considerable joint pain. I went to a Rheumatologist and had blood work done. One DNA markers came up elevated, the blood work was repeated a second time with the same plus another elevated. I was told to come back in a few months to have it repeated, this time everything returned to normal. I do not have a rash on my face, so the doctor determined my joint pain to be over use due to repetitive action. I am getting swelling on 2 of my knuckle pads that can be very red and painful. Some day worse then others. Can this be the Acefex?
