I Have Taken Azor For Blood Pressure For A Couple

I have taken Azor for blood pressure for a couple of years. I have a red, itchy rash on arms and legs, my ankles and feet swell in the evening. I I stopped taking Azor for two days, used Taklonex Ointment and rash hasn't disappeared but is less red and itchy. Can I stay off AZOR until
I can see Doctor after holiday weekend. JAL
