I Have Taken Lortab In The Past For Back Pain...pinched

I have taken Lortab in the past for back pain...pinched nerve pain that goes down my leg to my foot. But, I have recently been diagnosed with Parkinson's and am taking Azilect. I took a Lortab 5-325, but am feeling nausea and jittery. Never felt that way before. Is there an adverse reaction between these two drugs.
