I Have Taken A Lot Of Grandpa Powders Over A

I have taken a lot of Grandpa powders over a long period of time as I suffer with headaches on a daily basis. The last few days I took 1 - 2 everyday and today my tummy is burning. And I keep feeling like I need to throw up but its only water that keeps coming out. Please tell me what should I do for the pain and this feeling to go away.
